This is the most common phrase from busy moms who are juggling work, home, and family. 

But this is why I’m excited: Together, we’re going to help moms get unstuck and add four hours or more to their week.

With your strategies, moms will unlock their full potential, increase their motivation, and move from being overwhelmed to being empowered.

By the end of the event, moms will have the weight lifted and more time.

For this event, I am looking for speakers to cover the following topics:

  • Digital clutter and organization (i.e. photos, files, etc)
  • Decluttering spaces in the home
  • Weekly plan using a paper planner
  • Mindset shifts to help moms with time management
  • Parenting strategies to help moms decrease the time spent arguing with kids (or getting frustrated with kids)
  • Routines to help moms save time during the day and week
  • Apps to help moms stay organized
  • Beginners guide to meal planning and prep to save time and energy during the week
  • Home management systems to have the home running like a well-oiled machine
  • Dealing with ADHD and mom life
  • Grocery/healthy food storage
  • How to backup your mind during perimenopause and menopause
  • Stop procrastination
  • Paper planner organization
  • Organization using apps (like Asana, Notion, and Airtable)
  • Getting organized with Google Calendar
  • Getting your email under control

Here's Sneak Peek to the 3 Themed Days

DAY 1 – Mindset

Mindset shifts to help moms feel more empowered and see the ways that they can gain more time.

Example topics:

  • How to have boundaries to save you time and have more balance during the week
  • Transform “I don’t have time” to more empowering phrases
  • How to stop losing time to social media and TV

DAY 2 – Routines & Organization

All about systems and routines that will help moms get efficient and streamlined at work and home

Example topics:

  • Household routines that will save time every day
  • Decluttering a room in the house to save time
  • Command center to get the entire family on board and organized

DAY 3  – Digital Tools

Tools and apps to help moms save time and get organized

Example topics:

  • How to use Trello to plan your day and week
  • How to use Google calendar to be more effective and ready for the week
  • How to an app to save time with groceries/meal planning

Key Dates and Requirements

Let’s Get More Time will run from February 20-22, 2025. Presentations will include 15-20 minutes of content (with up to a 1-minute freebie pitch). 

Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to have fun in, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. You’re welcome to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I’ll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.

During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the VIP Pass. This includes an all-access pass for the replays, speaker bonuses, a private podcast feed, and bonuses from Real Happy Mom (including the Sunday Prep Workbook+ and the Super Mom Trellotastic Power Pack). This will provide immense value to our attendees while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. 

The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up the registration page and show you off on the Speakers page.

Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.

Next up is your presentation! This is a 15-minute (to 20-minute max) pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.

Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they’ve really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they’re missing something that they need to buy from you asap.

With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:

  • Slides
  • No slides (just your gorgeous face)
  • A mixture of the two
  • Interview-style

No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.

Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

  • A good hook to make attendees want to continue watching
  • A quick introduction about you
  • An overview of your topic
  • Teaching section
  • Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
  • Up to a 2-minute freebie pitch

Presentations are due by January 20th.

The VIP Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each speaker to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:

  • PDF Checklist
  • Templates
  • Workbooks
  • Courses (big or small)
  • 1-month memberships
  • eBooks

Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.

It’s also an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.

We cannot accept freebies or percentage-off offers.

Information for these resources is due on January 20th. You’ll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and simple.

Please note attendees will be able to start claiming your bonus right when registration opens on February 3rd.

The power of an virtual summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

To ensure this event is beneficial to all, speakers are required to send a minimum of one email about the event and post at least once on social media during the promotion period, starting on February 3rd.

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link so you can get in on the 50% commission that will come from any VIP Pass sales.

 

And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax!

All I ask is that you pop in to check on the thread in the Facebook group related to your presentation during the time that it’s live if you’re available. Easy!

Nope! If you are selected to be a speaker you will not be asked to pay a speaker fee.

Your time and effort to promote the summit mean the world to us. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a speaker honorarium or pay speakers for their time. However, during the summit’s promotional period, there are opportunities to earn affiliate income and win prizes through contests. Last year, some of the speakers walked away with $200+ in affiliate commissions.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to grow your email list and get visibility which is priceless.
